 Ad Hoc PVCu Installations Ltd is a Bagillt based company specialising in the manufacture of high quality PVCu Windows, Doors & Conservatories
for both Trade & Retail areas of the market.
Supply Only or Supply & Install.
The company first began trading in 1992, when two Everest installers, Ainsley Moorst & Phillip Campbell, decided to leave Everest, buy a van & work for themselves fitting PVCu Cladding and Roofline products. As a sideline, they also fitted windows & doors when requested to.
The name Ad Hoc was suggested by Ainsley.
It is Latin for:
"Formed For A Specific Purpose"
In Jan 1993, an Everest salesman contacted Ainsley, as he was curious to know who was taking all his Everest leads. As a result, Ad Hoc employed their first salesman.

 In 1993 Ad Hoc began Manufacturing Frames.
By Jan 1995, Ad Hoc employed four fabricators, four window fitters and one secretary. Phil and Ainsley no longer installed the work themselves. Ainsley became office based and Phil became the surveyor.
In early 1995, Ad Hoc moved to bigger premises and became a Limited Company instead of a Partnership.
